Hand woven 100% wool rug by Navajo weaver Mary Ann Williams. This 36” x 32” rug is a traditional Ganado Red.
Navajo Ganado rugs are probably best known for their bold “Ganado Red” color integrated into the Central Diamond and Four Sacred Mountain design. The geometrical patterns are based on a central diamond or two and have a border design. Because of their long history and universal appeal many consider the Ganado rug the classic Navajo rug.
