Vintage Chinle rug with deep gold, ivory, black, grey, tan stripes with yellow accents. The hand woven, hand carded rug is 40” x 68”. Ca 1960’s

Chinle rugs are the most simple of the three styles of banded rugs with no borders. Stripes of plain color alternate with bands containing geometric patterns. Most Chinle rugs contain a lot of gray, gold, white or green.
