R432 Chinle Rug

Vintage Revival Chinle rug. The banded snowflake hand woven rug is 66" x 87". Vegetal dyes. This weaving does have wear and stains. It has been priced accordingly. Ca 1900-1915

Chinle rugs are the most simple of the three styles of banded rugs with no borders. Stripes of plain color alternate with bands containing geometric patterns. Most Chinle rugs contain a lot of gray, gold, white or green.
