J1269 Turquoise Cuff
Heavy gauge sterling silver tufa cast cuff with raised Morenci turquoise inlay. The 1” cuff is 5 1/4” with a 1” gap. Tufa cast cuff with the top and bottom polished to a high shine. Hallmarked “RM”
Morenci Turquoise is mined in Southeastern Arizona. The turquoise has a unique matrix of irregular black pyrite. When polished, the matrix appears to be silver. It was one of the first turquoise to appear on the American market. The mine is depleted, making Morenci one of the more rare turquoise.
