Sterling silver cuff with a hand stamped traditional Navajo pattern by Calvin Martinez.
The cuff has three exquisite high grade Morenci Turquoise stones.
The inside of the cuff is 5 1/4" with a 1 1/8" gap.
Morenci Turquoise is mined in Southeastern Arizona. The turquoise has a unique matrix of irregular black pyrite. When polished, the matrix appears to be silver. It was one of the first turquoise to appear on the American market. The mine is depleted, making Morenci one of the rarer turquoise.
Award winning Navajo silversmith Calvin Martinez, born 1960, has been an active silversmith for over 30 years.
