Rare Golden Hills turquoise necklace by Navajo silversmith Eula Wylie. The 24” adjustable necklace has ten links with three stones in each link, plus a larger 1" x 1 1/4" dangle link with 5 stones.
This rare turquoise is from the Altyn-Tyube mine in Kazakhstan (or Golden Hill mine). it is a fairly recent arrival to America.

This rare turquoise is from the Altyn-Tyube mine in Kazakhstan (or Golden Hill mine). Clear Crandallite, present during formation in the Golden Hill mine, gives this natural turquoise a unique & beautiful periwinkle blue color.
Gorgeous turquoise stones from the Golden Hills mine have been set into sterling silver. These stunning turquoise stones have a light blue shade to them.
